1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital and custom freelance services, all payments made to Aparna Design are generally non-refundable once work has started.

By hiring our services, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

2. Deposits & Advance Payments

  • A project deposit or advance payment is required before work begins.
  • Deposits are non-refundable because they secure project scheduling, planning, and initial work.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The project has not yet started.
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service.
  • Duplicate payment was made by mistake.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing project content, images, and information on time
  • Reviewing and approving work promptly
  • Maintaining clear communication during the project

Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds.

6. Project Cancellation

If a project is canceled by the client after work has started:

  • Payments already made will not be refunded.
  • Any completed work may be delivered upon request.

7. Revisions & Support

We strive for client satisfaction and offer reasonable revisions based on the agreed project scope. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may require extra charges.

8. Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Aparna Design to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and legal action if necessary.
